You present perhaps the only rationale ...anon 2:47<br /><br />You present perhaps the only rationale for the death penalty; it's a practical one but one that holds that because murder occurs in prison we are justified in killing inmates. Will you concede that that killing anyone presents moral issues? Will you concede that the death penalty is costly to taxpayers? And the evidence of a deterrent benefit belied by the experience of Texas? Will you concede that innnocent people have been sentenced to death and exonerated after ebing on death row?
