Pogan Walks--Critical Mass Cyclist Assault Case Update

The NY Post is reporting that the former NYC cop, Patrick Pogan, who assaulted a Critical Mass bicyclist --as shown here, on Bad Lawyer and all over the world's cycling websites and YouTube,-- was facing jail time on minor charges of falsification, has instead received probation.
