Caffeine Killer Update


You can read reporter, Jim Hannah's chilling update on the Caffeine Killer case from the Cincinnati Enquirer at the link.  This is the case made for CSI, or Law and Order.  Picture of Woody Will Smith being escorted into the courtroom.

Update:  Hannah reports that the Kentucky jury hearing this case made quick work of this guy finding him guilty of the murder of his wife.

    Apparently, Mr. Smith's counsel has chosen to go "decaf," dropping the caffeine insanity claim.
