Schaumberg Man Guilty
The Chicago Tribune is reporting that the Schaumberg Cluttered Lawn case came to a conclusion with the jury returning guilty counts on all three charges of violations of the city ordinances. The judge imposed a $1200 fine on Mr. Wuerffel. Since Mr. Wuerffel is unable to afford to have utilities turned on, how he will pay this levy is unknown. Perhaps the publicity surrounding his plight will generate the intervention he needs. Often from great darkness, sparks of light yield great light.
