Blogger Partial Outage Notice

Issues with "Blogger" are effecting Bad Lawyer postings today.  Regularly scheduled (and appearing) posts will resume once problems are resolved.  Uh, who knows when.

Blogger Outage Update...

Well, Monday AM is here, but the deleted and scheduled posts are not....and Google wants to take personal computing to the Cloud, good one!

Last week, public radio's Market Place featured a discussion of Google's plans to compete with the iPad via a new device based solely on the "cloud."  Setting aside issues like this...the outages (and hacking as with the Sony Playstation,) there are the legal issues relating to search and seizure of your digits byt investigatory agencies or civil discovery by copyright-enforcer predators.

Blawger Outage of 2011

The Blogger System, unexpectedly, went down overnight.  A couple of days worth of posts were lost as were the scheduled blawg posts for this morning and some scheduled as far ahead as next week.  Yes, friends there is some actual effort that goes into this thing, in other words it's not all spontaneous. 

So yeah, it's an ass-ache.  Let's see if our pals at Google get it sorted out, and perhaps by Monday.  Have a great weekend.
