A Lawyer's Really Offensive Use of Language, C**t, Draws Colorado Bar Censure

Jeff Gamso, an ACLU activist, Ohio attorney, and blawger behind the terrific blawg Gamso for the Defense revisits the State of Colorado's January censure of a lawyer who used the c-word in reference to a female judge during an semi-private conversation with two prosecutors.  Gamso's essay is really worth taking some time with not the least for the fact that he embeds the great Geroge Carlin's Seven Words video.   I'd be reducing to banality, Gamso's essay by repeating it's salient points .  .  . go read the original if you care about language.

  1. It is fair that he was suspended. Because he has to take seriously his work and his co-workers. Respect is the biggest Allie.
