Ogden is challenging the poicy in what the IndyStar.com calls a "class action" lawsuit.  Get this, another Indianapolis taffic court is reported to be issuing a policy assessing a $2,500 surcharge on tickets for motorists who challenge their tickets.  Oh, right that'll pass constitutional muster.
