Exploding Bar Stools, That Might Be a Claim

The Red Deer Advocate which covers local news in Alberta, Canada reports on the exploding barstools.  Yes, folks, these "Harley-Davidson"-influenced "Allied Custom Cycle" bar stools can be bought discount.  Made in China, these beauties have a warning label affixed to the underside, warning that the stools should be kept away from heat.  According to the report in the Red Deer Advocate, Jody Topley was on the phone last week when one of the stools went up in a fireball.  

Bad Lawyer has had a few matters, personal and professional,  as well as  nightmares attributable to bar stools (well lets just say from sitting in bar stools), but never from bar stools that exploded.  Product Liability, uh huh, uh huh!  I want to see the lawyer advertising that will accompany these claims.  Any suggestions?
