Chatooga County, Georgia parents, Patty "Jo Jo" Marsh, and Jacob Edwards Bartels are charged with child endangerment and cruelty for tatoo-ing their SIX small children. The video from WRCB-tv, the local Georgia NBC affiliate is jaw-dropping, (you do have to sit through a little station-promo--but the interview with Mom is worth it.)
Something makes me think the producers at Jerry Springer are already on the phone.
