Sanctions Upheld

This just in, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the $20,000 sanction imposed against Lawyer/Dentitst Orly Taitz has been upheld.  As you no doubt know if you read Bad Lawyer, Taitz is the lawyer behind the "birther" movement.  She's batting .000 in her multiple federal lawsuits, and the betting here is that she will be benched at some point if she insists on continuing to file these frivolous lawsuits.

  1. But you can't keep a Bad Lawyer down, Orly is running for Secretary of State of California and in that regard she's already filed a lawusit to disqualify her opponent.

  2. Orly Taitz. The name alone is precious. Hunter Thompson couldn't have concocted a better moniker no matter what drugs he was on. In the meantime, didn't I see her with some paper clips on her other job?

  3. In my opinion this is what the small portions of the republican party of “birthers, baggers and blowhards” have brought you. They are good at “Follow the Leader” of their dullard leaders, they listen to Beck, Hedgecock, Hannity, O’Reilly, Rush and Savage and the rest of the Blowhards. Are you surprise at what they do when you know what they think? The world is complicated and most republicans (Hamiliton, Lincoln, Roosevelt) believe that we should use government a little to increase social mobility, now its about dancing around the claim of government is the problem. Although most republicans are trying to distant themselves from this fringe they have a long way to go. And as they said in WACO "We Ain't Coming Out".

For the most part, the conservative men and women of prinicple are cowering somewhere, afraid to take on the fringe.
